Guests attending the 2014 White Sands Holiday Ball can look forward to a very merry and jolly good time Dec. 6 at the Frontier Club.
The holiday event, hosted by WSMR Commander Brig. Gen. Timothy Coffin, promises a delicious meal, plenty of fun and dancing until midnight.
The evening kicks off with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m. and dinner festivities beginning at 7 p.m.
Your Chef for this festive evening will be the Frontier Club’s long standing Executive Chef, Bryan Nelson. He has created a wonderful 3-course holiday menu that features four entrée choices. These include: Walnut and Gorgonzola Stuffed Roast Pork Loin with an Herbed Velouté sauce, a Crimini Mushroom and Spinach Turkey Roulade with a Port Wine Sauce, an Almond Crusted Salmon filet with a Leek and Bechamél sauce and the vegetarian option is a Portobello Mushroom Wellington with a Cabernet Sauce.
All meals include a dinner salad, a complimentary glass of wine at the table, and of course a fabulous house-made dessert to complete the meal. Dinner will be followed with music and dancing until midnight. DJ Reyne Roman will be providing a wide array of great dance music to finish off the evening. Attire for military is: Army Blue Mess or Army Service Uniform with a Bow Tie; for Civilians: Business Suit and Evening or Cocktail Dress.
Don’t miss out on the celebration. Tickets for this event are $50 per person. If you pay for a full table of 8 or 9 people at the time of RSVP, you get a 10 percent discount per person.
Reservations can be made by calling 678-2055. Deadline for reservations is Nov. 25.
