Deployment Fair coming
The next Deployment Fair scheduled for March 11 is now one week away. On that day Soldiers and their Family members will have access to a one stop shop to get information and resources that will help them get through the upcoming deployment.

Many on and off post vendors will be on hand to provide information, resources and activities related to issues, concerns or needs that might come up during the course of deployment. White Sands Schools and Child, Youth and School Services will be on hand. One of their goals is to get Families to update contact information on their Emergency Contact Cards. When there is a situation with a child and the school or CYSS is unable to locate the parent they will then go to the emergency contact information. If the current contact has moved or information has changed it could make it impossible to locate someone to pick up a sick child, notify someone of an accident or other situation that has risen.
Information needs to be updated and for your convenience both sources of information can be updated at the Deployment Fair.
