Thursday
Breakfast: Beef burrito, blueberry waffle, apple. Lunch: Green chile lasagna, chili dog, green chile stew, pork egg roll, deli sandwich, baked potatoes, barbeque beef sandwich.

Breakfast: Ham burrito, chix patty sandwich, juice. Lunch: Chicken Alfredo, hamburger, nachos, vegetable egg roll, club sandwich, taco salad, chili fries.
Thursday
Breakfast: Beef burrito, sweet rice, apple. Lunch: Chili mac, barbeque pork rib sandwich, chicken flautas, kung pao chicken, deli, mandarin chicken salad, red pork chile bowl.
