White Sands Missile Range Garrison Commander Col. Gary Giebel and Garrison Command Sgt. Maj. Reginald Daniel expressed their gratitude to the Picacho Hills Association and New Mexico State University Athletics for their donation of over 200 season football tickets for the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families at WSMR.

In a very short period of time, Picacho Hills Association members raised funds to purchase over 1,000 season tickets in a joint endeavor with NMSU called "Operation Crimson Ribbon". In turn, these tickets were given to support Service Members at WSMR, Holloman Air Force Base, Fort Bliss, New Mexico National Guard, the U.S. Coast Guard, and disabled Veterans.

The Community Center (building 460) will provide free individual game tickets to Service Members and their families to prior to each home game.
